Set amongst luscious garden on the banks of Mae Ping River, Baan Spa Villa gives you the chance to immerse yourself in tranquil ambiance of Thai countryside. Situated only 20-25 minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport, we are in easy reach of the city and major travel hubs. The villa is designed in traditional Thai Lanna style, with large spacious bedrooms, beautiful courtyards, private swimming pool and private riverside terrace. Beyond providing the comforts of home, we indulge you with a selection of cultural, gastronomical, local and wellness experiences curated to your interests. Though you may be away from home, we provide you with everything you need to be comfortable.
Villa Features
Baan Spa Villa comprises of 5 Lanna style buildings. There are 5 bedrooms with king-size double beds, a private swimming pool, living room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor and indoor dining areas, and outdoor seating lounges. There is a large car park and wireless internet connection (WiFi) available throughout the villa.
The salt-cleaned swimming pool is 5m wide by 10m long, including jacuzzi, and approximately 1.0m deep in the shallow end to 1.6m at the deep end.

Our villa will play an important role in your holiday. Whether you are coming to the villa as friends, family or colleagues on a company trip, you can enjoy a pleasant stay and relax in the surroundings that really do make you feel like you're at home.
Fully Staffed
Ensuring your comfort is our Villa Manager, your focal point throughout your stay. He organises everything you need, from shopping/grocery items through to advising you on where to eat out. Full of local knowledge, and happy to share it. At his side is the villa chef, room maids and gardeners. The chef will cook your meals as requested based on selections offered or by special request. Meals are made for you at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner as required. Room maids will make-up your rooms daily, and the gardeners help keep the pool and villa grounds in great shape.
The Whole Villa
Our villa is rented out as a private villa. That means we rent out the whole villa to your group only. There are no other guests/groups joining you in the villa.
Need More Bedrooms?
Baan Spa Villa is a 5-bed villa accommodating upto 10 guests comfortably, and upto 14 guests with spare bedding. If you need more bedrooms, we have a sister villa literally next door to us. The villas even have a connecting door to each other. We can combine our two villas to give you an 9-bed configuration accommodating many more guests. Actually, upto 22 guests can be accommodated, including extra/spare bedding, though, we do recommend spare bedding is for 16yr olds or younger. Our sister villa is called Baan Ta Chang and has its own separate website.
